If you have any access needs or require adjustments to participate in the recruitment process, please contact Esther Halim on 08 6457 0812 or email ****** this roleIn this role you will:Plan and supervise allocated clinical documentation review process in North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) hospitals including complex systems and environments.Conduct clinical documentation review (concurrent review and retrospective review) or other clinical documentation specific projects for NMHS hospitals.Provide routine education and clinical documentation advice to Clinicians and other stakeholders to improve the quality of NMHS clinical documentation.Provide advice on clinical coding, case-mix and relevant national standards including NSQHS standard to deliver the CDI Program.This role reports to the Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist.What we are looking forWe are seeking applicants with experience in complex disease processes and clinical practice, and with knowledge of clinical documentation.While your qualifications and experience tell us part of your story, your values and attitude speak louder still.
