This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments. Fixed Term appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2027.

About this role In this role you will:
Plan and supervise allocated clinical documentation review process in North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) hospitals including complex systems and environments.Conduct clinical documentation review (concurrent review and retrospective review) or other clinical documentation specific projects for NMHS hospitals.Provide routine education and clinical documentation advice to Clinicians and other stakeholders to improve the quality of NMHS clinical documentation.Provide advice on clinical coding, case-mix and relevant national standards including NSQHS standard to deliver the CDI Program.This role reports to the Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist.
