Clinical Documentation Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Documentation Coordinator to join our Resource Team on a full-time basis.
This role is maternity leave cover, commencing on the 10th of Jan 2025 to 3rd November 2025.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Documentation, this roving position will see you support the recent roll-out of new clinical technologies (iCare) across our aged care homes. You will mentor and educate our aged care homes on clinical documentation as it relates to care funding, clinical care, and compliance outcomes.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when acting as an agent of change and driving continuous improvement across the organisation, partnering with key personnel in inter-disciplinary teams, as well as providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of aged care residents and clients.
To be successful in this role, it is essential you possess:
tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration two years' post-graduate experience working in aged care National Police Clearance (obtained in the last six months) NDIS Worker Screening evidence of 2024 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain) full working rights in Australia Driving licence and own transport Our people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
