As a Clinical Development nurse or midwife, you would need to have a postgraduate Child and Family Health qualification; and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or willingness to complete within 12-18 months of position commencement. Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 2. Postgraduate /post registration qualifications in Child and Family Health with a minimum of 3 years full time experience working in the specialty 3. Demonstrated skills in clinical teaching and facilitation including the demonstrated knowledge and use of adult learning principles 4. Demonstrated commitment to own professional development and of others 5. Minimum Certificate IV Training and Assessment or willingness to complete within 12-18 months of position commencement 6. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to evidence -based practice and ability to apply this to education practice 7. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and independently 8.
