As a Clinical Coordinator, you will ensure our aged care clients and clinical employees are supported. Combining case management, clinical governance, ACFI, rostering, and staff management, the role of Clinical Coordinator is essential to ensure the leadership and coordination of all aspects of clinical care. These include:
Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staffDevelop care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care teamPromote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residentsMaintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation relating to the residentTo be successful, you will have: Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRAMinimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered NurseDemonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFIValid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)COVID vaccination evidence in line with current requirementsBenefits: Excellent work/life balance with the option of fixed or flexible shiftsCareer progression and development opportunitiesAn Employee Assistance Program for staff and familyPLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting any CV's sent by agencies for this position.
