We are creating a new Specialist Eating Disorder Service - Adult & Older Adult Mental Health Division.

Provide a specialist lens to our Adult & Older Adults living with complex mental health needs Work within an established community mental health team, to enhance care provision for peoples living with eating disorders Help build our Specialist Eating Disorder Service A regular day will see you: Perform intake functionality for referrals to our Adult Specialist Eating Disorder Service Bring your expert opinion and experiences to our team to help make a difference Assess and treat our clients, liaising as appropriate with family members and caregivers to promote patient care Collaborate with multiple teams across the division and wider community Support the care and recovery of peoples living with eating disorder diagnoses and presentations Advocate for your clients right to access safe and timely care, at the right place at the right time About you As the Clinical Coordinator, You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
