About the role:
Drake Medox is currently seeking a Registered Nurse who is ready to take on a role in Clinical Coordination for our clients in Canberra. This role encompasses both clinical coordination for our clients, as well as overseeing day-to-day branch operations.
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of service to clients with complex care needs. This will include developing and implementing client care plans and providing clinical guidance to our clients and network of support staff. The role will also see you managing daily branch operations and overseeing the Medox Canberra team.
Your key responsibilities:

Day-to-day running of the Canberra branchEnsuring optimal branch performance and increasing branch net revenueTaking part in networking and industry related events to improve outreachDeveloping and reviewing client care plans and clinical documentationIdentifying, assessing, and remediating any clinical matters, obstacles and barriers impacting on clients' careFacilitating inductions, education and training workshops for our support staff to upskill and enhance professional development and conducting clinical competency assessments for our support staffVisiting clients regularly to maintain relationships built on trust and genuine connectionManaging stock orders for our clients and reviewing client progress notesUndertake Work Health & Safety complianceManaging clinical compliance for all clients to meet Attendant Care Industry and National Disability standardsLiaising with allied health, support coordinators and other external stakeholdersAbout you:
Your knowledge, expertise and leadership qualities, as well as excellent communication skills, will be at the forefront of your work, and you will demonstrate the following:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (with nil restrictions)A passion for health education, demonstrating skills in health assessment, planning and goal settingStrong communication skills (both oral and written), organisational and computer skillsThe ability to work remotely and autonomously when requiredAn understanding of the NDIS and other funding bodies (desirable)Results orientated - proven success record of achieving targets/KPIsKnowledge of and commitment to total quality managementStart your application:
