What you'll be doing: Provide advanced clinical, strategic, educational and programmatic expertise and leadership in the establishment and implementation of NSW Health's new Adult Survivors Program – a specialist integrated program for adult survivors of child sexual abuse with complex needs.Lead the establishment of local clinical networks and relationships.Establish and maintain effective networks with relevant clinical streams, clinicians, and services within the LHD.Facilitate partnerships between services/streams to improve service delivery and coordination.What's on Offer: 5 weeks paid annual leave.Monthly ADO's.Salary packaging (pay less tax!) including Remote Area Housing Benefit + Meals Entertainment $2650.Special rates at local gyms.Fitness Passport.A comfortable country lifestyle that supports balance & wellbeing.How to apply: To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible: Social Work qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) and demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.Demonstrated extensive post graduate clinical experience in providing counselling, groupwork, parenting and case management interventions to clients where child protection, violence, neglect and trauma incidents have occurred.Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.Proven ability to provide high level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery including demonstrated capacity to provide clinical supervision around violence abuse and neglect issues, in addition to a demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, work in partnership with key stakeholders and to apply independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a complex nature.Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff.Ability to work with minimal direction in an environment of organisational complexity, to establish a new, innovative service in line with NSW Health's organisational values and goals.The Welcome Experience:
