Clinical Care Manager - Miranda

Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located in Sydney's Sutherland shire based locally to Miranda. Located in an easily commutable location from Central Sydney / Western Sydney, this is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly efficient and supportive team environment within this medium sized facility.
Internal structure includes a highly regarded facility manager, quality and education support, rostering officers, AN-ACC support, 24x hour RNs, and care team.
In this role you will be responsible for staff leadership, infection control, supporting the Facility Manager in operational leadership, documentation control, and oversight of person-first care.
