The OpportunityWe are currently looking for an experienced and driven Clinical Care Manager to lead the delivery of clinical care in our 43 bed facility.
Reporting directly to our Facility Manager, the Clinical Care Manager supports the clinical team through hands-on operational management, ensures Aged Care Quality standards are met, maintains infection control, and oversees nursing and care staff.

Your responsibilities:Lead, coach, mentor and support the Clinical Care team to deliver care founded on dignity and respect for residents and the wider Moyola Community.Advocate for residents' holistic care.Optimising AN-ACC and funding opportunities.Identifying and managing clinical risks.To be successful in this role, your background should include:Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse.Relevant knowledge of accreditation policies and procedures.Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.Experience working in Aged Care Facilities.Clinical expertise in the management of common medical conditions.High level understanding of AN-ACC, Quality Indicators and Standards.Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written.A commitment to your own and others' personal development.Ability to lead and develop staff, foster teamwork and work as a team member.Above all, you will have a person-centred care approach that aligns with Moyola's values of respect, dignity and compassion.
