About the Role:We seek an experienced Clinical Care Manager for a delightful residential aged care home.
As a CCM, you will drive the leadership of clinical care to all residents and become an important leadership team member.
This is a permanent full-time role that will lead to further managerial opportunities.
You will work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and a Clinical Care Coordinator.
