Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Heathmere VIC.
Located approximately 20 minutes from Portland the coastal town of Portland, this is a fantastic opportunity to live in a beautiful coastal location, whilst working with a highly regarded, small to medium sized facility that provides a fantastic support system including experienced Clinical Leadership, AN-ACC support, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.
