About the Role:

As a Clinical Manager you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team within this medium aged care service within a beautiful location of Tasmania.

You will thrive leading your team, providing them with the motivation & continuous development required to be able to perform their duties, whilst ensuring every resident's clinical care needs are met & maintained in line with care planning & industry standards.

Being a hands on leader, you will be comfortable & willing to provide hands on clinical support when required.

Being an excellent communicator, you will establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents & families are comfortable & are involved in care planning & daily living goals.
