Clinical Care Manager

Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) We are looking for experienced and dedicated Clinical Care Managers to oversee the clinical operations at our aged care homes in Hobart, Launceston, and Penguin.
Position:
As a Clinical Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. You will lead and support the nursing team, manage clinical services, and ensure compliance with aged care regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical care operations within the aged care home.Lead and mentor the nursing and care teams to provide excellent resident care.Ensure compliance with all relevant aged care standards and regulations.Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.Manage clinical governance and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.Handle resident admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth process.Requirements: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.Proven experience in a clinical management role within aged care.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.Comprehensive knowledge of aged care standards and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement.How to Apply: If you are an experienced Clinical Care Manager passionate about aged care, we would love to hear from you.
