Clinical Care Manager

About the facility:The 70 bed, fully accredited Aged Care facility is based close to Helensvale QLD, close to Burleigh Heads with a leading passionate Aged Care team that are focused on delivering high-quality care.About the role:The Clinical Manager will report into the Facility Manager and will help monitor Training and Education, lead the clinical team to meet high clinical standards that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.Duties:Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including funding and policy protocols.Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.Interpret work within the relevant policy guidelines.Understand the needs of older people, in particular those with cognitive decline.Skills and experience:Tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing or Social Sciences.Experience in Aged Care accreditation and the clinical standards, dementia and challenging behaviours.Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams.Benefits:Management Training & Yearly Management Conference.Great benefits and work life family balance.Impressive Salary Package/Relocation Assistance.How to Apply:If you are passionate about Aged Care and would like to understand more about this role and to review the full position description, email your CV to ******.
