About the Role: As a Clinical Manager, you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team within this medium aged care service located within a beautiful regional area, within a 45-minute commute from Echuca.
You will thrive leading your team, providing them with the motivation and continuous development required to perform their duties, whilst ensuring every resident's clinical care needs are met and maintained in line with care planning and industry standards.
Being a hands-on leader, you will be comfortable and willing to provide hands-on clinical support when required.
As an excellent communicator, you will establish and build effective relationships ensuring that residents and families are comfortable and involved in care planning and daily living goals.
