This is a Full time position across Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00pm This is the perfect position for a Registered Nurse who is looking for more stability and a work-life balance – No more shift work or night shifts! Responsible for the clinical assessment of each Home Care Package client, ongoing clinical support/advice and hands-on clinical care as required Support with COVID escalations and care worker education. The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for leading, supporting, and mentoring their team. The role has a level of professional accountability and responsibility in line with the registration requirements of a Registered Nurse as the role is responsible for the management and direct care of clients' clinical needs. What do you need to apply? Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA clinical qualification At least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
