Clinical Care Manager Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

Join a non-for-profit organisation as a Clinical Care Manager and oversee their 100-bed facility! You will support the mission of providing premium level care and improving the lives of the residents and making them feel at home.
RoleThe Clinical Care Manager is responsible for operational management, ensuring that staff provide high-quality, person-centered care while complying with industry standards and regulations. You will oversee a Clinical Co-ordinator and have access to support from Quality & Education, HR, admin, and AN-ACC teams.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the nursing team to deliver exceptional care and ensure compliance with Aged Care Accreditation and legislative standards.Manage staffing, rostering, and performance appraisals for nursing staff.Develop and implement care plans and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and key stakeholders.Address grievances, complaints, and clinical incidents promptly and in line with policy.Maintain infection control, WHS, and documentation standards.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration (Division 1 Nurse).Minimum 5 years post-graduate nursing experience, including management roles.Strong knowledge of aged care, QI, accreditation, and AN-ACC.Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.If you fit the mould and have a true passion for providing the highest level of care to residents, apply below.
