Critically, you'll ensure our services continue to be of the highest standardMonitor the budget of care packages and ensure clients understand service feesManage Homecare packages programsEngage with internal teams to facilitate client on-boarding through the lead to conversion processInfluence and partner with our schedulers, clinical team, and support staffEnsure compliance with all relevant legislative and industry standardsProactively engage in continuous improvement across practice and service deliveryYou will have:Experience in Aged Care sector preferably a community settingKnowledge of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Aged Care Quality StandardsDemonstrated ability of managing a diverse portfolio of clients with a range of complexitiesThe ability to travel as this role will entail face to face client meetings in Southern Brisbane Suburbs, Logan and Redlands.Procura program experience is desiredTo be successful you will need:The right to work in AustraliaCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesQLD drivers' licence, vehicle registration and access to your own carNational Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organise via WorkPro at no cost to you)Clinical qualifications such as Endorsed Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with an unrestricted AHRPA registration (highly regarded)If this sounds like something you want to be part of apply today#J-18808-Ljbffr
