Develop and implement care plans for residents, promoting their well-being. Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding service. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the overall quality of care provided. Identify training needs for employees and facilitate access to appropriate education and learning and development opportunities Undertake regular workforce planning to ensure the skill mix meets the care needs of residents.
