Identify training needs for employees and facilitate access to appropriate education and learning and development opportunitiesUndertake regular workforce planning to ensure the skill mix meets the care needs of residents.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS:
Current nursing registration (AHPRA)
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years post graduate experienceDemonstrated experience in a similar leadership roleKnowledge and empathy of health and social issues of the agedDemonstrated experience managing budgets and financial controlHigh level knowledge of the relevant Aged Care Funding model and Aged Care Quality StandardsSound knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Legislation and AccreditationCurrent driver's licenceAbout Us
