Clinical Manager- Home Services, 6-8 month contract | Illawarra, Southern Highlands & Queanbeyan Most of us want to know we're doing work that matters.

The opportunity You will lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care, ensuring each customer's health, well-being, and personal preferences are always a priority.
You will provide support that respects and upholds their individual lifestyle choices.
Using your expertise, you'll mentor and support clinical staff to provide the highest quality care, managing complex health needs, including medication and treatment.
You'll oversee the development and implementation of tailored care plans, ensuring continuous assessment and adjustment to meet evolving needs.
Your leadership will drive ongoing improvement and encourage collaboration across teams, always upholding the highest standards of care, compassion, and quality.
This role will require travel between the Illawarra, Southern Highlands & Queanbeyan.
