Manage and supervise the performance of members of your team.
Ensure individual care plans for each client are reviewed where a change in their health or functional status is identified.
Provide clinical and nursing support and advice to clients and staff.
Liaise with other health professionals in the local clinical network for the provision of services to meet clients' needs, as appropriate.
Investigate clinical incidents and report actions taken to reduce risk of incident recurring.
Is this the right role for you? Bachelor of Nursing Current AHPRA registration Previous experience in Aged Care or Home/Community Care NDIS Worker Screening Current year Influenza Vaccination Current National Police Check Current Driver's License Experience leading and managing a team of skilled professionals Willingness to travel across the NT to ARRCS sites Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong administrative and computer skills Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
