Clinical Care Manager (Aged Care)
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join this compassionate, values-driven provider within their lovely aged care residence based in the Darling Downs region.
This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday opportunity paying a comprehensive salary (Approx. $127,000 + super). We require an experienced Aged Care Leader with a passion for clinical care to motivate & mentor this skilled multi-disciplinary team whilst ensuring an exceptional standard of clinical care is being delivered to their loyal residents.

THE ROLE:
The purpose of the position is to support the Director of Nursing with responsibilities including but not limited to resident care, staff management, accreditation, AN-ACC funding and continuous quality improvement.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
Previous Clinical Management experience in aged care
Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
Valid Driver's License
Valid Police Check
