You will work closely with the Clinical Managers and Residential Manager at our stunning 190-bed aged care residence based in Wagga Wagga.
As the Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC), you will: Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to your team of RN's, EN's and PCA's Drive clinical outcomes to maintain high quality care Be a role model of clinical leadership You will bring the following skills to the team: Ideally at least 2+ years experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar role in the aged care or acute sector RN qualification with current unrestricted AHPRA registration Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills Experience in staff supervision and development Strong communication and negotiation skills A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes Knowledge of Care Planning If you are looking to shape the service delivery of aged care into the future then apply now!
