Clinical Care Coordinator - Regional VictoriaSharp & Carter Healthcare is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for a permanent role in Regional Victoria. It offers long term stability along with growth opportunity to regional and state management.
About this Role:The Client is looking for dedicated registered nurses with prior clinical care coordination experience to provide comprehensive healthcare services in an aged care setting. You will be a vital part of a team, coordinating clinical care team members at the facility.
