You will be able to: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and have a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centered approach. Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values. Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families. Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard. What you'll bring You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care. Experience in leading and supervising teams of people and liaising with families. Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
Recognised tertiary qualification and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance. Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
