Clinical Care CoordinatorAs Clinical Care Coordinator, you will lead the clinical team to ensure and maintain excellent care whilst simultaneously improving the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities:Supervise the delivery of care services, ensuring they meet safety, effectiveness, and regulatory standards.Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team, including managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.Develop and review individualised care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and address changes in resident needs promptly.Participate in quality assurance activities, conduct audits, and implement improvements to maintain high care standards.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care plans, incidents, and resident records.Key Requirements:Prior experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator (or similar leadership position) is highly preferable, but not essential.Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Excellent clinical knowledge, leadership, organisational, and communicative skills with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a clinical team effectively.Strong knowledge and experience of aged care accreditation, regulations, standards, and best practices.Benefits:Be a part of a well-established organisation that prides itself on providing excellent aged care for its residents.Make yourself at home in a company that truly values its staff, proven through their excellent incentives, training and development pathways and career opportunities.Prioritise your work/life balance with flexible working arrangements available to suit you.Benefit from their generous remuneration package with super and salary packaging on top (based on experience and qualifications).About Lakes Entrance:Lakes Entrance, where the Gippsland Lakes meet the Southern Ocean, is a charming coastal town in Victoria.
