Clinical Care Coordinator | Aged Care The Role:
Supervise the clinical care of all residents, alongside the senior management team.
Lead the Registered Nurse and Care team of this well-staffed Aged Care facility.

You will ensure optimal quality of clinical care is provided.
Liaise and communicate with families, allied health teams, and all other third parties.
