Clinical Care Coordinator | Stockton, NewcastleAbout this opportunity We are currently seeking a committed Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Care team at our Moran Stockton home, reporting to the Care Manager. As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve a high standard of care and service delivery to our residents.
You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, complex care oversight, and ensuring high-quality and safe professional and specialist nursing services are provided to all residents by the Care Team. You will participate in clinical governance activities, including planning and implementing clinical priorities.
You will be supported by a dynamic local and corporate leadership team and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role and further develop your skills. Moran offers a rewarding work environment with modern facilities and equipment.
