About the role As the Clinical Care Coordinator you will coordinate and lead the care team in consultation with the facility Manager. You will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for our residents. We currently have a full time permanent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for our facility! Calvary St Joseph's Retirement Community is located in Sandgate, and home to 135 residents.
Key Responsibilities Managing all clinical services in line with Calvary's missions and policies Advocate the implementation of continuous improvement activities in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and on time Coordinate and support all scheduled audits and clinical indicators Ensure resident health records and clinical documentation is relevant and up to date About you Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) IPC training completed or willing to complete A commitment to work within Calvary's Mission, Vision and Values Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing the Aged Care Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team Effective communication skills, oral and written Demonstrated alignment with the philosophy of resident focused care which supports dignity, independence and informed consultative decision making Knowledge of AN-ACC and the Aged Care standards For further information please contact Caroline Chokururama, Home Manager on (02) 4967 0600 or ****** Why work for Calvary?
