Clinical Care Coordinator

Our client, is looking for a  Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) at their stunning 160-bed aged care residence near Maryborough.
This Permanent Part-Time position (8 shifts per fortnight) offers the opportunity to shape the future of aged care while working alongside the Clinical Manager, Deputy Residential Manager, and Residential Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day clinical care for our residents.
Foster a culture of clinical excellence and professional development.
Lead and mentor your team to achieve outstanding care outcomes.
Collaborate with management to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with funding and accreditation processes.
Ideal Profile: Experience : Minimum of 2+ years in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar role in aged care or acute settings.
Qualifications : Current RN qualification with AHPRA registration.
Skills : Strong clinical knowledge, assessment skills, and communication abilities.
Leadership : Proven experience in staff supervision and fostering professional development.
Knowledge : Familiarity with care planning, funding, and accreditation processes.
