We have a rewarding position at Doutta Galla Harmony Village Aged Care in Shepparton for a Clinical Care Coordinator. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a role and with an organisation you can be proud of.
The role is full-time: Monday to Friday 0700-1506 and is responsible for the delivery of clinical care services including care planning, review, and assessments.
What you will bring: A minimum of 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse with Aged Care experience.Dedication to resident care and support.Excellent clinical knowledge regarding medical conditions, palliative care, and care of people living with dementia including managing challenging behaviours.High level interpersonal and written skills.Experience managing staff and performance management.Ability to effectively communicate with residents, resident representatives, and other health professionals.A good understanding of the aged care reform agenda, including AN-ACC funding and royal commission recommendations related to clinical care.Current AHPRA Registered Nurse DIV 1 registration with no conditions.The Organisation: Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not-for-profit aged care organisation with over thirty years' experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
