You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident, and monitor their progress to ensure they are receiving the highest quality of care.
Skills & Qualification: APHRA Registration A strong understanding of clinical care practices, aged care regulations and standards, and healthcare management principles is essential.
Communication and interpersonal skills Experience in clinical leadership, care management, and supervision of healthcare staff.
