We are looking for Residential Aged Care Clinical Care Coordinator in the Hervey Bay Region. 
The Benefits $50- $55 per hour + super Small Facility  Relocation assistance and can discuss short term accommodation  Reporting to the Facility Manager who is very experienced and personable Responsibilities Provide expert clinical care to elderly residents, including assessment, planning, and delivery of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. Administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and monitor residents' health status. Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. Foster a warm and supportive environment for both residents and their families. Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and best practice guidelines The Requirements AHPRA Registered Nurse Strong clinical skills are essential Would suit a very experienced Aged Care RN looking to take a step up Ideally experience in a senior Registered nurse role or Clinical Nurse role with a solid tenure  Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive leadership and management experience Proven ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and implement new systems and processes Current Flu Vaccination and Covid Vaccinations Police Check Must have valid Australian Working Visa Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
