Clinicians using Heidi can use custom templates to generate notes and clinical documents that sound and read like they wrote them themselves and follow their preferred format, with just the click of a button. Documents can vary in complexity, from simple referral letters & medical certificates, to long specialist notes detailing nuanced details of the consult, in a highly specific format.
Therefore, we're hiring Clinical Associates to support our customer success efforts of our clinical AI products, by providing our users with detailed & precise templates to assist with their document generation on Heidi as well as generating written & video content for our website. You'll work closely with both our Medical Knowledge (MK) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.
What you'll do: Use your clinical knowledge to design and customise specialised note & document templates upon request by clinicians and the MK & GTM teams.
Transform clinical notes and documentation examples provided by our users, into meticulously crafted templates that are compatible with Heidi.
Collaborate with users to optimise & enhance their existing templates, to help them to achieve their desired outputs.
Write content for our website and film short videos demonstrating how Heidi's templates can be used by different clinicians working in a broad range of environments.
Develop a deep understanding of our product and how our clients use Heidi in their practice.
Learn to use a wide variety of AI and software tools to help you work more efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer support to our users, by promptly addressing inquiries, and efficiently triaging and resolving issues.
What we will look for: Early career nursing, allied, mental health professionals who are keen to start a career in healthtech with a focus on AI and content.
Have at least 30-38 hours of availability per week (hybrid/remote), ideally based on the Australian East Coast and/or in the UK. Preference will be given to candidates with full-time availability.
A quick learner who can learn the ropes of Heidi's product, and is able to work autonomously with high levels of accountability.
Organised individuals who manage their time effectively.
Highly motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience or knowledge of online content creation (blogs, videos) & SEO is advantageous, but not required.
Prior experience with software tools like Notion, Loom, ChatGPT, Intercom and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, JS, Python are advantageous, but not required.
Research background with evidence based clinical case studies which have been published is a desirable bonus.
