Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Nurse Educator for our GVHealth Graduate Nurse & Midwife Transition to Practice programs.
The Transition to Practice Clinical Educator will support the Transition to Practice Coordinator with administration and clinical support for GV Health Graduate Nurse Programs including Registered Nurses, Registered Midwives, Enrolled Nurses, and Vocational Education Training.
As our key Transition to Practice Clinical Educator, you will collaborate closely with clinical educators, clinical support nurses, and midwives to ensure the graduate workforce transitions and consolidates nursing skills to the workplace.
