Greatness starts here! As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clinical and operational team leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive care needs assessments for individuals 65 and older (or 50 and older for specific groups).Providing ongoing training and clinical support to assessors and other staff members.Managing and supervising the senior clinical workforce, ensuring high standards of care.Acting as the primary contact for clinical matters, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory guidelines.Engaging with clients to develop supportive care plans that promote independence and well-being.Desired Skills and ExperienceBring your great, everyday! To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing with current unrestricted registration with AHPRA or other relevant professional association.Current experience as an Aged Care Assessor and/or training qualifications (such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher in training and assessment) or bachelor's degree in education, or higher.Minimum five years of experience in aged care settings, either in Australia or overseas.Strong commitment to continuous professional development and the latest evidence-based practices.Excellent relationship-building skills to engage with clients and empower them in their healthcare journey.A dedicated professional who actively seeks improvements in nursing practice and is open to client feedback.An individual who demonstrates leadership in clinically supervising and supporting both nursing and non-nursing team members.The fine print Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Clearance Check.Full driver license and travel will be required.Our Talent Experience For further information, please contact the recruitment manager on 0428 382 269.
