We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.What we needA highly motivated Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team!This position is permanent part time working 2 days per week.What will you do?As the Clinical Administrative Assistant you will have the opportunity to:Provide administration support to the Regional Clinical Services Manager.Data entry and record keeping.Administration tasks using the Microsoft Office Suite.Responding to emails.Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers both internally and externally.Other administrative duties to support the Manager and Management Team.What you bring to the roleAbility to prioritise workload.Ability to work as part of a team.Previous experience in an administrative support role.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.A can-do attitude with the ability to learn and grow on the job.A friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant phone manner.A desire to work in the not-for-profit sector in a rewarding environment.What you get in returnAt One Care, we care deeply about our clients, our staff and the jobs we do each day.
