A highlight for many is our annual participation in the Sydney Mardi Gras parade.The OpportunityThe Clinical Administrator will provide support to the Clinical Services and Medical Services cohorts by providing high level committee secretarial support and general administrative support.
This role will be focused on delivering comprehensive administrative and customer focused service to an exemplary standard.The predominate focus for this role is to coordinate, schedule and minute the Medical Department meetings throughout the year and to oversee and support the credentialing process for the organisation.

We value our staff and offer professional advancement in a respectful, collaborative and learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:The ability to manage competing priorities while demonstrating a high degree of initiatives, decision making and capacity to meet deadlines;Ability to work closely with the Director of Medical Services and GM to coordinate credentialing of doctors and junior medical staff through CGov;Create & circulates meeting agendas, maintain action registers & prompts outstanding issues with the major stakeholders;Ability to work within in a clinical workplace, this will require strong emotional and intellectual understanding of the sensitives around our patients and their journey;Supporting report writing and coordination, filing, document scanning and general administrative tasksAbility to prioritise tasks, forward plan and utilise time effectively;Ability to minute take with accuracy and high attention to detail;Ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels including but not limited to executives, senior managers and doctors on complex and confidential issues;About the facilityIn this role you will be based at St Vincent's private hospital, Darlinghurst.A state-of-the art hospital in a beautiful inner-city locationSurrounded by great cafes, galleries and theatres, parks, nightlife, and nearby glorious beachesClosely partnered with universities and affiliated research institutes, many which are located on-campusGroundbreaking technologies, including world-first robotic-assisted surgeriesHighly specialized services in orthopaedics, heart and lung surgery, head and neck surgery, neurosurgery, urology, vascular surgery, upper GI/hepatobiliary surgery, ear, nose and throat surgery, colorectal surgery, gynaecology, neurology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, cancer services and mental healthSponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
