The RoleLocated in Yarraville and Point Cook, this role is an ongoing part time receptionist position for 15-38 hours per week. Both clinics have two podiatry rooms within multi-specialty clinics, so you will be working alongside a number of our Podiatrists as well as our remote admin team. We are looking for applicants who are available to work at both clinics. 
Responsibilities include:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Some of our patients love to chat, and we want our patients to feel welcome!Answering, screening and forwarding emails and patient communication.Receiving and sorting daily emails, along with communicating professionally and promptly with stakeholdersConfirming patient appointments and responding to patient enquiriesKeeping the reception area and podiatry rooms tidy and organisedTaking payments, using HICAPS and Medipass systemsAbout YouOur ideal receptionist is enthusiastic and friendly, with a proactive approach to administrative duties. They have an ambition to succeed with a passion for people and are comfortable working independantly. They are professional, and empathetic to the needs of our patients, with the abilty to provide administrative support to a growing clinic. As we are a growing clinic, we welcome new ideas and love innovation - and we want our admin team to be a part of our growth!
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidanceAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseProficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs)Excellent computer literacyDemonstrated ability to read, write, and speak EnglishExcellent interpersonal and organisational skillsNot required but highly regarded 1+ years of relevant experience in a Healthcare administration environment or similarProficient in Cliniko, Zoom Phones, SlackUnderstanding of the NDIS, MyAgedCare, and Australia's public Healthcare systemBenefitsTraining providedFlexible working hoursOur Yarraville clinic is located right next to the station, and our Point Cook clinic is conveniently located with parking and public transport access. Team social events Professional Development opportunities (for Podiatry students)Room to grow and opportunity to extend hours in the near futureApply Now  Please submit your application with a cover letter detailing why you want to be a part of the TFC Podiatry team.
