Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet all clients warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression. Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups with clients, ensuring an organized and efficient schedule for therapists. Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing client inquiries about treatments, services, and promotions. Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash and electronic transactions with accuracy and care. Assist with client check-ins, consultations, and appointment reminders. Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and ensure the clinic's waiting area reflects our high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Liaise with clinic staff to ensure smooth coordination of client treatments and schedules. Promote clinic services and products, offering information and suggestions to clients based on their needs and treatments. Support the clinic team in administrative tasks, including record keeping and stock management. What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for client care. Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role (experience in a clinic or beauty environment is highly regarded). Bonus: Experience using the Zenoti POS system is highly desirable. Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A friendly, positive attitude with a professional and polished presentation. Confidence in using booking systems, handling transactions, and managing client queries. A team player who can work collaboratively to support the clinic's success. Willingness to work 1-2 late nights per week to accommodate clinic hours, this position is 35-38 hours per week.
