Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Mentor and motivate staff, oversee scheduling, and conduct performance evaluations to maintain a cohesive and high-performing team (4FTE).Operational Efficiency: Streamline clinic workflows, manage inventory, and ensure the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality patient care.Patient Experience: Ensure a superior patient journey from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, addressing any concerns with professionalism and empathy.Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to APHRA and TGA guidelines, maintaining patient confidentiality and up-to-date medical records.Business Development: Collaborate with the Clinic Director to develop and implement strategies for patient engagement and service expansion.What You Bring: Experience: Proven experience in practice management within the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
