Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals and clinic staff.Drive clinic performance by meeting sales goals and achieving guest satisfaction metrics.Foster a supportive team culture where collaboration and well-being are paramount.Maintain impeccable clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, and compliance.Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every visit aligns with Dripclub's standards.Develop strategies to grow the clinic's community presence and guest retention.Oversee clinical treatments, including IV therapy, PRP, laser, and skin treatments.What You'll Need to Succeed Proven leadership experience in health, wellness, or aesthetics.AHPRA registration as a nurse, paramedic, or relevant clinical qualification.Experience managing sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.A passion for science-based wellness and a guest-first approach.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team.A proactive mindset with the drive to innovate and elevate clinic performance.Why Join Dripclub?
