Clinic Administrator - Full time opportunity available.
A fantastic opportunity has become available at our Alice Springs clinic for a supportive and motivating administrator. This is a dynamic and fast-paced clinic! In this role you will be the first point of contact for all our patients and supply them with first class customer service.
Medical experience is not mandatory, but you must be willing to learn! Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining up to date diary of therapists and opening hoursEfficient coordination of clinic communications (emails/letters etc)Following all procedures and policiesEnsure adequate levels of suppliesMaintain general tidiness of clinic and treatment roomsProcess different types of payments – EFTPOS, HICAPS, cheques, and issue receiptsMaintain correct and up to date patient records
About you: Availability Monday - Friday, between 8am to 6pm & Saturday 8am to 12.pmEffective Communication Skills both verbal and writtenEthical judgement and decision making skillsAttitude to take initiative and work in a team Dedication and reliabilityTime managementAttention to detail and problem solving skillsProficient in G-Suite (Google Workspace/ Word, Excel, Emails)
