About us
Neurologix Developmental Clinic, located in West Perth, is a small multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments and intervention planning. Led by Dr. Natalie Frost, a registered Clinical Neuropsychologist, the clinic specialises in evaluating complex neurocognitive and psychiatric conditions. Neurologix offers a range of services, including autism evaluations, ADHD assessments, FASD evaluations, and psychoeducational assessments, all aimed at understanding and supporting the unique needs of each individual. The clinic also provides speech and language evaluations to ensure proper development and targeted interventions. With a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for families and children, Neurologix is committed to delivering high-quality care and personalised support to help families to thrive.
We are seeking
We are seeking an efficient, resourceful, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with personable, confident communication skills, exceptional time management, and the ability to work both alongside our current administrator and independently in a dynamic environment. Experience in medical or allied health administration is highly desirable. 
Key Responsibilities Administrative Management: Manage the clinic's administrative operations, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Financial Management: Manage the clinic's billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable, and liaise with external bookkeepers as necessary.
Patient Intake and Scheduling: Coordinate patient intake processes, including scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary documentation.
Billing: Manage billing processes, ensuring accurate coding and addressing patient inquiries regarding payment arrangements.
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure the clinic's administrative compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards while maintaining client confidentiality.
Clinician Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinicians, including scheduling, document assistance, and coordinating communication, and travel.
Resource Development: Oversee the clinic's databases, facilities, and vendor relationships, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
