Clients & Markets Coordinator/Junior Adviser The role This role will support practice groups within the firm's Project Practice Stream.
You will work closely with other clients and markets (C&M) managers and advisers in a fast-paced role that will see you develop and implement a range of practice group focused client and marketing activities.
This role will report to the Practice Stream Lead, Senior Manager.
Key responsibilities You will be involved with: Regularly assist the relevant practice managers to identify, pursue and convert opportunities, cross-practice group initiatives.
Collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders to develop and manage client relationships.
Assist with market analysis and related research.
Assist with the management of, and drafting of tenders and bid opportunities.
Support with the development of firm directory and award submissions.
Support and participate in various C&M firm-wide projects and initiatives as required.
Developing a profile and credibility with internal clients (i.e.
lawyers and other employees).
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will: Have 1-2+ years in a similar role in business development or related experience (ideally in a professional services/corporate environment) or demonstrated transferable experience in a professional service environment.
Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline, marketing, communications, or law highly regarded.
Be a collaborator and connector with an ability to build relationships across all levels.
Possess highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, with strong attention to detail.
Be highly disciplined with the ability to prioritize and manage a range of complex tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
Possess technical skills in Microsoft Office and a sound understanding of databases.
