Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Calpine is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our remote team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and driven, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with account setup, billing, and technical inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Continuously strive to improve the customer support process and enhance client satisfaction
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Experience working remotely is a plus
