About the Role We are seeking driven, energetic and customer centric individuals to join our Support Team!
We support both new and existing  Eway and Ezidebit  customers with a range of enquires and are a pivotal part of our customer's journey.
Working with a small team, in an open planned office environment, you'll deliver outstanding customer service experiences, with an emphasis on customer loyalty.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and actioning incoming calls, chats and emails from business to business customers in a timely and effective manner; Responding, investigating and resolving questions and queries from clients; Maintaining client data and ensuring its integrity; Identifying issues and trends that are affecting our clients and escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
