Client Support Representative - Remote Work

CSX is currently seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an entry-level position, no specific years of experience are required, but at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and chat- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed- Educate clients on products and services offered by the company- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Resilient in handling challenging situations and problem-solving- Creativity in finding innovative solutions for client issues- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
